Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to PitchPerfect: Tuner & Visualizer and PitchPerfect Monitor. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile applications.
Information We Collect
Anonymous Usage Counts
PitchPerfect apps count which parts of the app you use. In Tuner, which tab you open. In Monitor, which detection algorithm and scale you pick, and roughly how long a session runs. In both, whether you refused microphone access. That is the whole list.
These counts carry no account and no name. The identifier behind them is hashed on your device before it is sent. Our analytics provider hashes it again, with a key we never hold. Neither of us can trace a count back to you.
We never link them to other data. We never share them with advertisers or data brokers.
Open Settings and switch off Share anonymous usage under Analytics. It starts on. Turning it off stops it completely.

Microphone Access
PitchPerfect apps use microphone access to analyse pitch in real time. Audio is processed entirely on your device. We do not record, store, or send your audio anywhere — the usage counts above never contain audio, pitch data, or anything you played or sang.
Use of Your Information
The usage counts tell us which features people actually use, so we can improve the apps in the right places. They are used for nothing else.
Disclosure of Your Information
We disclose nothing to third parties beyond the anonymous counts sent to our analytics provider, described above. We do not sell data, and we do not work with advertisers or data brokers.
Security of Your Information
Audio never leaves your device. The usage counts contain nothing that identifies you, and the identifier behind them cannot be reversed by us or by our analytics provider.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If future versions add optional features that collect or upload data, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy information before release. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
